Gerald Greenberg is the President and CFO of Signet Group. He is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, formerly the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He received his professional designation in 1985.
In 1991, Gerald, through his extensive accounting and real estate experience acquired in public practice, founded Signet Group. The team Gerald has built over the years pride themselves on their personal touch, quick response and expertise, all of which has played an integral role in bringing Signet Group to where it is today and thereby achieving significant growth in its real estate management portfolio throughout the GTA.
Gerald plans further growth in both property management and development of real estate. Joint venture involvement in seniors’ residences, condominium, retail and office projects has been and is a component of Signet’s vision.
On a personal level, Gerald devotes time and energy to charitable work as a Board Member and Chairman of the Building Committee of both Kayla’s Children Centre, an education and therapy centre for special needs children and Chai Lifeline, a leading international health support network for children with illnesses. And of course, he always enjoys spending time with his grandchildren at their sporting or school events and other family gatherings.

Kris Boyce is the Chief Executive Officer of Signet Group. With more than 35 years of real estate expertise, Kris oversees the growth and development of all aspects of the operation and management of Signet’s commercial and residential portfolios.
Before joining Signet, Kris held the position of CEO at Greenwin Corp. for over 8 years. Kris’s background as an experienced coach for high performance and her proven track record in overseeing all real estate asset categories within the Private, Public and NonProfit service sectors, contributed significantly to her previous positions at CAPREIT, Chartwell Retirement Residences, Durham Region Non-Profit Housing and Transglobe Apartment REIT.
Kris is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Housing Management (F.I.H.M.), a long-standing member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and is a Board Member for the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA).
Kris was named, in 2015, as one of the TOP 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada with the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) and has been recognized many times for her strategic leadership abilities. In her spare time Kris is an avid lover of cottage life with her family and Golden Retriever, Milo. Justin Taylor is the Chief Operations Officer of Signet Group. With over 25 years of senior management experience in construction, project management and property management, Justin oversees the operations of Signet's commercial and residential portfolios.
With an approach that combines strategic operations management with a commitment to excellence and community stewardship, Justin has held senior positions in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.
Before joining Signet, Justin held the position of COO at Greenrock Real Estate Advisors for more than 12 years. He oversaw a broad portfolio of residential and commercial properties, driving redevelopment initiatives and leading efforts that have garnered industry recognition.
As a founding member of the Green Will Institute and Chair of the Greater Toronto Apartment Association, he is dedicated to advancing sustainable practices and enhancing community impact.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. He is an avid tennis player, and served as the president of the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club. He is passionate about racket sports, scuba diving, playing guitar and cooking. Justin is also actively involved in several charitable organizations.

Elisha Greenberg is the Vice-President, Residential Properties at Signet Group and is responsible for overseeing the operation of over $600 million of multi-family assets for our clients.
Elisha’s first position with Signet Group was as a construction hand for several years working on various Signet Group developments close to two decades ago. Elisha has a strong affinity for construction and has used his skillset to develop an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of each asset within the residential portfolio.
Through years of experience, Elisha has developed a clear understanding of how to navigate the relationship between stakeholders and residents. Elisha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University.
Elisha is involved in various charities within the community. When Elisha has spare time it is spent with his family. He has a love for the outdoors, woodworking and beekeeping.

Immanuel Greenberg joined Signet Group in 2006 and is Vice-President, Commercial Properties.
Immanuel is responsible for overseeing leasing, renewals, and generating value-add opportunities for Signet’s commercial assets under management. Along with his Team, Immanuel ensures the smooth operation of over 550,000 square feet of commercial assets situated throughout the GTA.
Immanuel has over 15 years experience managing commercial and multi-residential real estate for private and institutional investors. His experience in multiple divisions has helped bring extensive understanding and direction to Signet Group’s Strategic Plan with a focus on the optimization of clients’ assets.
Immanuel has been involved in many aspects of real estate, including, the management, operations, transactions, and governance of over $1 billion of real estate assets.
Immanuel enjoys playing ice hockey and coaching his children’s teams. He is also involved in various charitable causes within the community and sits as a board member of his children’s day-school.
